    Strengths

MAHES is a proposed community hospital that the Ministry of Health and Sanitation has already recognized in Sierra Leone. Although yet to be in operation, legal status has been obtained during registration processes with the line ministries and local council.65 % completion of the building complex has been done; this depicts that progressiveness is real and the environmental location is conducive for curative measures. The compartments of the building complex are spacious; much seen are spatial rooms, wards, nurses' rooms, office halls, birth rooms, classrooms, and sitting accommodations. The land space that accommodates a parking lot will lay much strength on the face- lifting the hospital environment by landscaping and planting shady trees ( see annex photo ). Atmospheric air fumes exposure humid, extinguishers, water tanks, water fountains, waiting rooms, communication centers, and perfect silence. Security will be superb; gate security and service security are restricted. Visiting hours will be displayed on notice boards or E- Scoreboards. Internet facilities are hot sports and will distribute Wi-Fi to suit just like a hand fan. Plans are underway for every treatment to any patient is computed, and the medical services data will be saved as software. We will provide Key personnel with communication tools and cute outfits to ensure a professional look at work. MAHES will provide curative measures to all patients irrespective of language, regional location, birthplace, religion, and political or social-economic standing, and MAHES associates will be treated likewise.

    Opportunities

Seeking support in all capacities from international NGOs is the primary reason for putting this request in front of the NGO's Board of directors to help secure assistance that will help cover all or most of our emergency funding as freelance medical donors. MAHES will administer free lectures on home healthcare remedies to pre, intern, post discharges patients. Transportation facilities will be made available when the need arises to the closest stop.

    Weaknesses

Financial constraints and accessibility are significant weaknesses in completing the proposed hospital project; the inability to access funding at the time of writing is a deterrent to meeting our goals and objectives. Financial accessibility from the banking system is complicated and unattainable due to the projected interest rate hence the determent of any future expansion or stretching of the project to other communities. Shipment of products and other medical equipment from abroad and custom clearing fees posed another significant challenge to MAHES.

    Threat

Communicable diseases such as Covid 19, Ebola, and other viral illnesses will pose a sufficient threat to the day-to-day running of the facility and staffing shortages due to illness, lack of infection control personal protective equipment. Probable competitor arrival in the community and possibly an economic downturn. Finally, the unknown will be a significant threat to think to consider.
