The Main Challenges

• The main challenges are funding to complete the complex and install medical equipment but to be funded optionally as a Grant from the total gross estimate of $4,000,000 to reach completion of the complex by 2025.

• The cost required to complete the complex, purchase, and install equipment is estimated to be about $ 3, 000, 000, which is the requested grant or support needed.

• Should the grans be donated, they will utilize them to complete the complex; otherwise, they will need more time to cover up the percentage deficit illustrated in need for medical equipment and installation. Both costs are equally important to run operations, recover loans, gain profit, and benefit beneficiaries.

• By 2025, operational funds for purchasing items, technical services remunerations, and others; have been computed and forecasted to do within the entire profit and beyond. Pharmaceutical services will commence by April 2023 once an approval is obtained which is almost in completion.
